Refund and After-Sales Policy
This After-Sales Policy applies to orders sold by VoYaMart and shipped to the United States. Certain products purchased from the VoYaMart store, such as customized products and underwear, are not covered by this After-Sales Policy. Please refer to any special instructions on the product page.
To protect your rights and interests, please read the following terms carefully.
Delayed Orders
Orders may be delayed due to logistics providers, customs clearance, or other special circumstances. An order shipped to the United States will be considered overdue if more than 45 days have passed since it departed from a VoYaMart warehouse.
We will issue a refund for any delay caused by VoYaMart.
Note: An order may have arrived at the nearest United States Postal Service location or local carrier facility but remain pending because of an incomplete address, an unclaimed package, a nonexistent street number, or similar reasons. We recommend that your customer contact USPS or the applicable local carrier for assistance.
Orders Not Received
If the tracking information shows that an order was successfully delivered, VoYaMart will not accept a request for a refund or replacement on the grounds that the package was not received.
If your customer has not received the package, proof of non-delivery issued by USPS or the last-mile carrier must be provided.
A buyer may fail to receive an order under any of the following circumstances:
A) The address is incorrect or incomplete;
B) The contact number is incorrect or incomplete;
C) The recipient is unknown;
D) The package is refused;
E) The package is not collected in time;
F) Customs clearance is not completed;
G) The recipient cannot be contacted;
H) Other circumstances.
Note: USPS or the last-mile carrier will attempt delivery based on the actual circumstances. If an unclaimed package is held at a local service location, your customer must collect it within the carrier's specified holding period. Otherwise, the package may be returned to the carrier or sender. VoYaMart is not responsible if a package is lost during the return process because the customer failed to collect it in time.
Damaged Products
For severely damaged products, VoYaMart offers a full refund or replacement.
For partially damaged products, VoYaMart offers a partial refund or replacement.
VoYaMart cannot provide a refund or other after-sales service for product damage caused by broken outer packaging during long-distance international transportation.
A) For ordinary products, your customer must submit a complaint or open a dispute within 5 days after the package is delivered;
B) For electronic products, your customer must submit a complaint or open a dispute within 10 days after the package is delivered.
Incorrect or Missing Products
VoYaMart performs the appropriate inspections before an order is shipped. If a product is incorrect or missing, VoYaMart will assist you in resolving the issue.
A) For an incorrect product, VoYaMart offers a full refund or replacement;
B) For a missing product, VoYaMart will first review its database records. Once the issue is confirmed, the missing product will be resent;
C) For a product with an incorrect color, size, or shape that does not affect its function, VoYaMart will offer compensation or a replacement after receiving screenshots of the product specifications and photographs supplied by your customer. Providing measurements taken using the correct method will help us resolve your dispute;
D) If missing parts do not affect the product's function, VoYaMart will provide a partial refund or resend the missing parts;
E) If missing parts affect the product's function, VoYaMart will resend the product.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order while its status is “Unpaid” or “Pending.” Click “Cancel” in the action bar on the “My Orders” page.
VoYaMart will provide a full refund if the warehouse has not begun processing the order.
The following orders cannot be canceled:
A) Orders already processed by the warehouse;
B) POD orders;
C) Orders that include customized services.
Private Inventory
Private inventory is a service offered by VoYaMart to speed up order fulfillment. We will purchase the products you request and store them in our warehouses free of charge. Please note that purchased inventory is non-refundable. Order inventory reasonably based on your sales expectations. Products shipped from private inventory remain subject to the After-Sales Policy above. We will also handle after-sales disputes raised by your customers concerning products and logistics.
Important Information
Deadline for Opening a Dispute
A dispute will be automatically closed if you do not respond for 7 consecutive days. Once the order is closed, you may no longer submit an after-sales request. Please pay close attention to the applicable deadlines.
Force Majeure
VoYaMart is not responsible for product damage or shipping delays caused by force majeure, including but not limited to epidemics, international events, strikes, wars, earthquakes, floods, viruses, storms, heavy snow, and customs inspections. We will, however, notify you through Skype, email, Line, WhatsApp, or another available communication channel.
United States Delivery Coverage
This Policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States. Certain remote areas, United States territories, and military addresses may be subject to shipping restrictions. Actual delivery coverage is determined by the information shown at checkout and provided by the carrier.
Returns
Customers in the United States who wish to return a product must first contact VoYaMart and obtain return authorization and a designated return address. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Unless VoYaMart provides a return address within the United States, products must be returned to a designated VoYaMart warehouse in China. International return shipping costs, possible customs duties, and transportation risks may be substantial, and the return process may take a considerable amount of time. Unless the return is caused by an error made by VoYaMart, the customer is responsible for the associated costs and risks.
Unacceptable Disputes
VoYaMart will not accept unreasonable disputes, including but not limited to:
A) The buyer does not like the product;
B) The buyer claims that the product description is inaccurate;
C) The buyer ordered the wrong quantity or SKU;
D) The buyer provided an incorrect shipping address;
E) Product differences that were disclosed and discussed in advance;
F) USPS or the responsible carrier deleted the tracking information.
